NURSERY & L.K.G. ADMISSIONS FOR THE YEAR : 2023 – 2024

General Information:

I        Admission Process:

1.   The School Prospectus along with the Registration Form for admission to Nursery & L.K.G. will be issued on 16^th January to 19^th January, 2023  between 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. from the School Office on a cash payment of Rs. 500/-.  Only children aged between 2.9 to 3.9 years for Nursery and 3.9 to 4.9 years for LKG on 1^st April, 2023 will be considered for admission to Nursery and L.K.G.

2.   This form is to be filled correctly and required documents are to be prepared by the parents.

3.   The date of submission of Registration Forms will be on 20^th to  25^th January, 2023  as per the schedule put up on the Notice Board. 

4.   The list of candidates for verification of the candidates will be displayed on the Notice Board on 30^th January, 2023 at  10.00 am.

5.   The Final list of selected candidates will be displayed on the Notice Board on  18^th February, 2023 at 10.00 am.

6.  Parents of selected students should obtain an Admission Form from the school office on payment of Rs. 500/- and fulfill all the admission formalities including depositing the Fees between 20^th February to 25^th February, 2023 failing which admission will automatically be cancelled.

7.   The Management reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.

8.    The school does not accept any type of donation for admission in the school.

II     Documents to be produced:

1.      Previous Education:  For Nursery the child should have learnt in Play Group and for LKG the child should have learnt in Nursery class (Attach attested copy of the progress card from the previous school).

2.      Date of Birth Certificate:  Self Attested copy of Birth Certificate from the Municipal Council.

3.     Address Proof:  Self Attested copy of the Photo Identity Card of the parents or residence proof/electricity bill/Ration Card & Aadhar Card must be attached.

4.     Photo Identity Proof:  Attach family photo of Post Card size (4x6), (father, mother, candidate and brother/sister presently studying in this school, if any)

5.    Proof of Sibling:  Self Attested copy of previous year Report Card if the child's real brother/sister is studying in this school.

6.    Qualification of the parents:  Attach relevant documents (Self Attested) of the educational qualification and proof of the Awards received by the parents.

7.    Alumni:  Attach relevant documents (Self Attested) of the school

Note :-

a.   No form shall be accepted without the above documents for registration for admission to Nursery and LKG class and incomplete forms will automatically be disqualified from the admission process.

b.  The Registration Form is not transferable and once taken, cannot be returned.

c.    Date of birth will not be changed later.  Please attach correct birth certificate.

: Admission Policy :

The following will be the transparent admission policy of our school:

1.         No written exam. will be conducted for admission to Class Nursery and L.K.G.

2.         No interview will be taken for admission to Class Nursery and L.K.G.

3.         All the Registration Forms will be verified and scrutinized under a 100 point scale.

4.         The upper limit of the weightage will be given according to the following headings:

Ø Educational Qualification of both the parents                

           Post Graduation which includes Professional qualification- Graduation- Class XII  & below.

Ø  Age Group 2.9 to 3.9 years for Nursery and 3.9 to 4.9 years for LKG.

Display of list of selected candidates for Verification for Admission to LKG on the School Notice Board

On Monday 30^th January 2023 at 10:00 a.m.

Display of the Final Admission Results on the School Notice Board (Main Gate) & Website.

On Saturday 18^th February 2023 at 10:00 a.m.

Depositing the Admission fees & Completion of Admission

Formalities of eligible Candidates will be between

20^th to 25^th February 2023

N.B.  :-

Ø    Incomplete forms will be considered as rejected.

Ø    All the applicants will be scrutinized under 100 points scale.
