NURSERY & L.K.G. ADMISSIONS FOR THE YEAR : 2024 – 2025

General Information:

I        Admission Process:

1.   The School Prospectus along with the Registration Form for admission to Nursery & L.K.G. will be issued from 23^rd January to 27^th January, 2024  between 9.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. from the School Office on a cash payment of Rs. 500/-.  Only children aged between 3 to 4 years for Nursery and 4 to 5 years for LKG on 1^st April, 2024 will be considered for admission to Nursery and L.K.G.

2.   This form is to be filled correctly and required documents are to be prepared by the parents.

3.   The date of submission of Registration Forms will be on 29^th to  31^st January, 2024  as per the schedule put up on the Notice Board. 

4.   Display of List and Time Schedule for Verification and Interaction with parents and child will be on 03^rd February, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. on school Notice Board  and school Website.

5.   The Final list of selected candidates will be displayed on the Notice Board on  14^th February, 2024 at 10.00 am.

6.  Parents of selected students should obtain an Admission Form from the school office on payment of Rs. 500/- and fulfill all the admission formalities including depositing the Fees between 15^th February to 20^th February, 2024 failing which admission will automatically be cancelled.

7.   The Management reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.

8.    The school does not accept any type of donation for admission in the school.

9.     Age Criteria: -

                   For NURSERY as on 1^st April 2024 age should be between 3 years to 4 years. (Those born between 1^st April 2020 to 1^st April 2021)

                           For L.K.G. as on 1^st April 2024 age should be between 4 years to 5 years.   (Those born between 1^st April 2019 to 1^st April 2020)

II     Documents to be produced

Documents to be submitted along with the Registration form in the school office:

1. *Birth Certificate copy of Child issued from Municipal Corporation / Nagar Parishad.

2.   Caste Certificate of Parents – if belongs to SC, ST, or OBC.

3. *Parents’ Qualification – Copy of passed Certificate or Mark Sheet (only the highest qualification of Parents).

4. Proof of Sibling (If applicable): Copy of Latest Report Card or ID card (2023-24) if the child’s Real brother or sister is studying in St. Paul’s Sr. Sec. School, Beawar.

5. *Proof of Private and Government Employee: ID card / latest Salary Slip / Letter of appointment.

6. *Proof of Residence: Copy of the residence proof i.e. Aadhar Card / Rent agreement / Ration Card / Electricity bill or Passport etc.

7. Proof of Alumni: (If applicable) Copy of T.C. / Mark sheet / Passing certificate to prove that you have passed (X and XII only) from St. Paul’s School, Beawar.

8. Proof of Gallantry/ National / State Award (If applicable): Copy of the same should be attached.

9. Proof of Single Parent: Court Orders or any other relevant documents.

10. *Photo Identity Proof: Attach coloured family photo of Post card size (4x6), (Father, Mother, Candidate and Real brother/sister (in school uniform) presently studying in St. Paul’s School, Beawar.

11. No form shall be accepted without the above self-attested documents for Registration for admission in NURSERY & L.K.G. and incomplete forms will automatically by disqualified from admission process. All the original documents will be cross verified with concerned departments and institutions.

12. The Registration form is not transferable and once taken, cannot be returned.

Note :-

c.    Date of birth will not be changed later.  Please attach correct birth certificate.

: Admission Policy :

The following will be the transparent admission policy of our school:

1.         No written exam. will be conducted for admission to Class Nursery and L.K.G.

2.         All the Registration Forms will be verified and scrutinized under a 100 point scale.

3.         The upper limit of the weightage will be given according to the following headings:

           Post Graduation which includes Professional qualification- Graduation- Class XII  & below.

Ø  Age Group 3 to 4 years for Nursery and 4 to 5 years for LKG.

On Wednesday 14^th February 2024 at 10:00 a.m.

Depositing the Admission fees & Completion of Admission

Formalities of eligible Candidates will be between

15^th to 20^th February 2024

N.B.  :-

Ø    Incomplete forms will be considered as rejected.
